Ms. Heather, When are you gonna be instructing more classes? Wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your last class and seem to never get around to telling you. Thanks for sharing YOUR practice with ME!! You are truly blessed and would love to be as devoted as you are. You can tell in your teaching.
P.S. A little something for u. :)

I have practiced yoga techniques on and off for about 5 years. I was very impressed with your class for several reasons. One being your gentle way and voice. Your calming voice with explanations kept me focussed. Also, the partner participation to get the very best stretch made the class flow. Getting rid of the negative thoughts carried through my entire day. Thank you again, Randi Eure, Beach Mortgage

I like the way you conduct your class. Not only did I like the physical gentle movement, I really enjoyed the spiritual aspect of your instuction. I have been leading feminist spirituality circles at the LifeStream Center in Roanoake, Virginia for a couple of years using the sacred circle format. Your yoga session was like a mini-circle, I really enjoyed it. See you next week.

What a great class! I really enjoyed your class. I have been sore and I love that! You even got my belly! I love the way it flowed! Thank you!

Heather: I came across this and it made me immediately think of you. You embody this virtue especially the part I highlighted in this statement.

-Dale Carnegie said: There is an art to appreciation, and a reward that far outweighs any problems. The art is that appreciation is a gift of the heart, of the spirit, of the soul from you to another… there is no fixed formula for success. True appreciation is spontaneous, natural, sincere and freely offered. The reward for offering such appreciation is that whatever you appreciate shall become a bigger part of your life. Anything you spend your time and attention on will be a part of your life, but there is something extra-special about the gratitude in appreciation that brings these gifts.

Gratitude has long been understood to be at the heart of living a spiritual or meaningful life, as can be seen in the writings of Melody Beattie and Meister Eckhart: “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

I am grateful that you are my friend.
